Our team have been making some great enhancements to our Customer Data Platform. The latest updates provide further integration capabilities and the ability to create unique identifiers for our Clients.

Adobe Target Integration:

n3 Hub’s CDP can now push segments to Adobe’s Target personalisation platform to deliver personalised experiences to audiences derived from first-party data without relying on third-party cookies*. Any n3 Hub CDP segment can be shared directly with Adobe Target and used in its experience targeting.

Use Case: A marketer pushes a segment of customers to Adobe Target who purchased a specific product offline. These customers will be excluded from experiences related to the product when they revisit the company’s site allowing them to be targeted with experiences relating to products that they haven’t already purchased or that are complementary to their purchased product. This improves the customer’s overall experience by improving the relevancy of the content they are presented online.

Online Audience ID Generation

The n3 Hub CDP can now generate a unique ID for each visitor or user of a website or mobile app that uses its native tag. Returning users or visitors can provide their n3 Hub CDP generated ID back to the n3 Hub CDP to allow a multi-session picture of a user’s or visitor’s interactions to be built up with the n3 Hub CDP in real-time. This removes the need to use an alternative online visitor ID to identify users and visitors and means that a website or mobile app can use the n3 Hub CDP native tag along to track online behaviour. The n3 Hub CDP Online Audience ID can be used to stitch together pre and post-login or purchase user or visitor behaviour and then stitch that together with offline data to create a complete picture of each visitor or user. This enhances segmentation possibilities and reduces reliance on third-party tracking cookies.

Use Case:  A customer considers a purchase when browsing a website that is tagged with the n3 Hub CDP tag. They don’t register or make the purchase, but a unique ID is assigned to them by the n3 Hub CDP and stored in a first-party cookie on their browser. They return to the website, read some reviews on the product, create an account on it, and then make a purchase. Their behaviour before their purchase is now associated with their behaviour after they created an account and made a purchase. This allows the business to identify other potential customers with similar pre-purchase behaviour that they can put into a segment and share with paid media and direct communication platforms to target them with campaigns encouraging them to complete their purchase.
