Streaming Data Importer
Kafka data streams can be set up and imported into a new data table within the CDP data warehouse, fully configurable in the User Interface. This makes it quick to connect new streaming data sources to the CDP and generate or augment the single customer view in the CDP.
Batch Data Importer
The User Interface CSV and TSV data files can be imported into a new data table within the CDP data warehouse, either as a one-off or in a batch file. This allows new batch data sources, such as CSV and TSV files, to be quickly imported into the CDP, automated and used to generate or augment the single customer view.
Marketo Integration
Audiences held within the CDP can be shared with Marketo via its API. This allows the single customer view contained within the CDP to be quickly and easily made available within Marketo.
Streaming Data Triggered Events
Kafka data stream topics can be used to trigger events, such as email deliveries, using data contained within the topic. This allows the single customer view contained within the CDP to trigger more events within the integrated platforms.
